IKAV ENERGY INC. 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- The Plan provides for an automatic salary deferral of 6% of compensation for participants, other than those who have a salary deferral agreement in effect.
- A participant may elect, per a salary deferral agreement, to defer a portion of his compensation in the form of a pre-tax 401(k) or Roth 401(k) contribution to his deferred compensation account under the Plan.
- The Plan allows participants to contribute up to 80% of compensation, but not more than the IRS limitation in any Plan year.
- Eligible employees at least 50 years of age may make catch-up contributions, subject to IRS limitations.
- The Company provides a 50% matching contribution to participants (not to exceed 6% of compensation) and may make a discretionary profit sharing contribution to the Plan.
- Vesting schedule:
- Less than 1 years: 0%
- A participant is immediately vested in their voluntary and rollover contributions plus actual earnings thereon.
- A participant becomes 100% vested in employer contributions if they are employed on or after their normal retirement age, die, or become disabled.
