G+D 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Each year, participants may contribute up to 90 percent of pretax annual compensation, as defined in the Plan.
- Roth contributions are also permitted.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- Participants may also contribute amounts representing distributions from other qualified plans (rollovers).
- Newly eligible employees who do not affirmatively elect to contribute to the Plan or do not affirmatively decline to participate in the Plan are automatically enrolled in the Plan with a six percent withholding of pretax annual compensation.
- This withholding will increase by one percent each subsequent year until the automatic election reaches a maximum withholding contribution of 15 percent of compensation.
- The Plan allows for a discretionary non-safe harbor matching contribution.
- During 2024, the Company contributed 50% of the first six percent of compensation that a participant contributed to the Plan.
