- The Plan provides for employee salary deferral contributions up to 90 percent of annual compensation subject to maximum tax-deferred limitations established by the Internal Revenue Code.
- The Plan allows participants to contribute up to 90 percent of their compensation on an after-tax basis.
- Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Plan at a deferral rate of 5 percent of pretax annual compensation with automatic escalation of 1 percent each year, up to a maximum of 10 percent of eligible compensation.
- Participants may affirmatively elect a different percentage or elect not to make elective deferral contributions.
- Participants may also make contributions to the Plan in the form of a rollover of funds from another qualified plan.
- The Company is required to make safe harbor matching contributions of 100 percent of the first 3 percent and 50 percent of the next 2 percent of annual compensation deferred by the participant.
- Participants are immediately 100 percent vested in employee contributions, rollover contributions, and employer safe harbor matching contributions and any income or loss thereon.
- Vesting in the Company’s discretionary contribution portion of their accounts, plus actual earnings thereon, is based on years of service.
- Participants become 100 percent vested in discretionary contributions made by the plan sponsor after attaining three years of credited service.
