- Unless an eligible employee affirmatively elects otherwise, the employee is automatically enrolled in the Plan at a deferral rate of 3%.
- Participants that make their contribution election may defer up to 90% of their eligible compensation, limited by requirements of the IRC.
- Upon reaching the age of 50, eligible employees may make additional catch-up contributions as allowed by the IRC.
- The Company makes employer matching contributions equal to 100% of the first 3% of eligible compensation deferred by the participant and 50% of the next 1% deferred, not to exceed $8,000 for any Plan year.
- Participants vest in the portion of their accounts attributable to discretionary profit-sharing contributions and earnings thereon at a rate of 20% for each year of service.
- A participant is fully vested after five years of credited service or in the event a participant becomes disabled or dies.
