EVERTEC GROUP, LLC SAVINGS & INVESTMENT PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- For each Plan year starting January 1, 2013 and thereafter, participants’ pre-tax contributions may not exceed $15,000.
- The Plan allows participants who have attained age 50 at any time during the Plan year to contribute additional pre-tax contributions up to $1,500, to be entitled to "catch up contributions".
- After-tax contributions are allowed but may not exceed 10% of the aggregate compensation paid to the participant during the year participating in the Plan and are subject to certain limitations.
- Sponsor’s contribution ("matching contribution") is equal to $0.50 of each pre-tax dollar that a participant contributes to the Plan but not to exceed 3% of participant’s compensation.
- Participant’s vesting in the Sponsor’s matching portion of their accounts plus actual earnings thereon is based on years of continuous service, in accordance to the following schedule:
