ELEVATE TEXTILES 401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 5% pre-tax deferral percentage, unless they elect an alternate percentage or decline participation within 30 days.
- Effective March 1, 2024, the Plan implemented an automatic escalation feature that provides for annual increases of 1% up to a maximum of 11%, unless participants decline participation.
- Participants may otherwise make pre-tax and after-tax (Roth) contributions up to 100% of their eligible compensation, not to exceed the limits set by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
- Participants who have attained age 50 are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Company makes a safe-harbor matching contribution of 100% up to 3% of employee deferrals plus 50% of deferrals between 3% and 5%.
- Participants are immediately vested in their contributions and the Company contributions, plus any income or loss thereon.
