DLORAH, INC. 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Participants may elect to contribute a percentage of their eligible compensation, as defined by the Plan document, to the Plan each year, subject to the limitations of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- Eligible participants are automatically enrolled into the Plan at a deferral rate of 3% of the eligible participant’s compensation unless the participant elects a different deferral percentage.
- The Employer may make discretionary matching contributions to the Plan each year for the benefit of each eligible participant.
- Each year, the Employer determines the amount of the discretionary percentage.
- For the year ended May 31, 2025, the Employer did not make any contributions to the Plan.
- Participants are immediately 100% vested in their contributions and the Company’s contributions, plus actual earnings thereon.
