DCOR LLC 401K PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Participants may contribute their eligible pre-tax or Roth after-tax compensation to the Plan up to the amount allowable under the Plan document and current income tax regulations.
- For the year ended December 31, 2024, the maximum amount was $23,000.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the close of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions to the Plan.
- The additional catch-up contributions limit for the year ended December 31, 2024, was $7,500.
- The Company made contributions to the Plan for all participants equal to 100% of 3% of the employees’ salary deferral amounts through March 14, 2023, subject to maximum contribution limits.
- Effective March 15, 2023, the Company increased the matching contributions to 100% of 6% of the employees’ salary deferral amounts, subject to maximum contribution limits.
- All employee and employer contributions are immediately 100% vested.
- In the event of any discretionary contributions, participants are vested in the value of Company discretionary contributions on a six-year graded scale with 20% vesting after two years of credited service to 100% vesting after six years of credited service.
