CVENT, INC. Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Participants are permitted to defer up to 90% of eligible compensation as pre-tax or Roth contributions.
- The Plan does not allow for auto-enrollment.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Company’s discretionary matching contribution was 50% of the first 6% of eligible compensation deferred to the Plan with an annual cap of $3,500 for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023.
- Participants are immediately vested in their contributions plus actual earnings thereon.
- Vesting in the Company’s discretionary matching contribution portion of their accounts, plus actual earnings thereon, is based on years of credited service.
- Participants begin vesting at a rate of 25% per year of credited service after completing two years of vesting service and are 100% vested after five years of credited service.
- Employer matching contributions, frozen profit sharing contributions, and frozen QACA match contributions from participants that merged in from previous employer plans may be subject to different vesting as defined by the Plan.
- Notwithstanding the above, a participant is fully vested upon reaching normal retirement age, death, or permanent disability.
