CUSTOMINK, LLC 401(K) SAVINGS PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Participants may elect to contribute up to 100% of compensation, as defined in the Plan, subject to maximum limits established by the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).
- Participants may elect to contribute to the Plan on a pretax basis or to contribute Roth elective deferrals on an after-tax basis.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions to the Plan.
- All eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Plan to defer 3% of compensation unless they elect otherwise.
- For the year ended December 31, 2024, the discretionary matching contribution was equal to 25% of each participant’s deferral up to a deferral of 6% of eligible compensation.
- Participants are immediately vested in their salary deferral contributions and actual earnings thereon.
- Employer matching contributions made with respect to participant-elective deferrals are 100% vested after three years of credited service.
