CORNERSTONE VNA RETIREMENT PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Eligible employees may contribute up to 100% of their gross compensation, as defined by the Plan, by means of payroll deductions as of the date they become eligible to participate in the Plan (upon hire).
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Agency matched employee elective deferrals in 2024 for each eligible participant who is employed by the Agency at the end of the Plan year equal to the following percentage of compensation: Employee Deferral % Employer Match % 1% 1% 2% 2% 3% 3% 4% 3.5% 5% or more 4% The Agency does not match age 50 catch-up deferrals.
- Participants are immediately vested in their contributions and actual earnings thereon.
- There is a 6-year graded vesting schedule for the Agency’s match contributions and actual earnings thereon, excluding employees hired prior to January 1, 2016; they are 100% vested.
