COFENSE INC. 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Each year, participants may contribute up to the maximum allowed under Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") code of pre-tax annual compensation, as defined in the Plan.
- Participants are also permitted to make after tax Roth contributions to the Plan subject to the statutory limitations of the Internal Revenue Code ("IRC").
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Company may make a matching contribution equal to a discretionary percentage determined by the Company.
- For the year ended December 31, 2024, the Company authorized a discretionary matching contribution for 3% of eligible compensation, totaling $690,994.
- Participants are vested immediately in their contributions and the Company’s discretionary matching contributions, plus actual earnings thereon.
- Participants become 100% vested in the Company’s discretionary profit sharing contribution portion of their accounts, if any, plus actual earnings thereon after three years of continuous service.
