CARDLYTICS 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Participants may make pre-tax and/or Roth contributions of up to 100% of eligible compensation as defined by the Plan document, not to exceed a maximum of $23,000, plus an additional $7,500 catch-up deferral for participants over age 50, in 2024.
- Participants are automatically enrolled in the Plan, with a default pre-tax deferral percentage of 5%, unless the participant elects otherwise.
- No automatic escalation of the deferral percentage is applicable to the Plan.
- The Company provides a discretionary matching contribution of 50% of the first 5% of eligible compensation, not to exceed total participant contributions made every payroll period.
- Participants vest 25% per year beginning after 1 year of service and are fully vested after 4 years of service in the Company discretionary matching contributions and discretionary non-elective contributions.
