BREWERY X 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Each year, participants may contribute up to 90% of their annual compensation, and up to 50% of compensation for ROTH deferrals, as defined in the Plan, up to the maximum contribution amount permitted under the Internal Revenue Code.
- The maximum participant elective contribution allowed for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023 was $23,000 and $22,500, respectively ($30,500 and $30,000 for participants age 50 and over, respectively).
- Eligible employees are automatically enrolled to contribute 6% of their compensation to the Plan, unless they affirmatively elect not to participate within the first 90 days of enrollment.
- Employee contributions are matched by Company contributions of 100% of the first 1% plus 50% up to the next 6% of the employees’ eligible compensation.
- Participant accounts are immediately vested in employee contributions plus earnings thereon.
- Vesting in the Company’s matching contributions is based on a two-year cliff vesting schedule in which participants are vested at 0% after one year of service and 100% after two years of service.
- A year of service is defined as 1,000 hours worked during the year.
