- Participants may elect to defer a minimum of 1% of their eligible compensation either as a pre-tax or Roth contribution, not to exceed the annual dollar limit under Internal Revenue Service (the IRS) guidelines.
- Participants who attain age 50 during the Plan year may elect to make catch-up contributions, subject to certain limitations.
- Eligible employees who do not affirmatively elect otherwise are automatically enrolled in the salary deferral portion of the Plan.
- These participants begin making pre-tax salary deferral contributions to the Plan at 4% of eligible earnings.
- This deferral rate will increase in 1% increments annually starting with the following January 1 after the participant is automatically enrolled, and will continue until the participant reaches a deferral rate of 10%.
- For the Plan years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company contributed 100% of the first 4% of eligible compensation.
