BLUE RACER MIDSTREAM 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Participants may contribute up to 90% of pre-tax annual compensation, as defined by the Plan.
- In addition, participants may contribute designated Roth (after tax) contributions.
- All contributions are subject to limitations on annual additions and other limitations imposed by the Internal Revenue Code (the Code) as defined in the Plan document.
- Eligible participants may make a rollover contribution to the Plan.
- Participants who are eligible to make salary deferral contributions under the Plan and who have attained age 50 before the close of the year may make catch-up contributions in accordance with, and subject to the limitations imposed by the Code.
- The Company may make discretionary matching contributions to the Plan as determined annually by its Board of Directors.
- In 2023, the Company made discretionary matching contributions for every one dollar contributed by each participant based on years of service up to maximum percentages as follows: Matching Years of Service Percentage Less than 5 years 4% 5 – 15 years 5% 15 – 25 years 6% 25 or more years 7%
- Participants are immediately vested in their voluntary contributions plus actual earnings thereon. Vesting in the Company contribution portion of accounts, plus actual earnings thereon is as follows: Profit Sharing Years of Service
