- Participants may elect to defer up to the maximum allowable under the Internal Revenue Code of eligible compensation and contribute these amounts to the Plan.
- In addition, participants over age 50 before the close of the Plan year are eligible to defer an additional catch-up contribution.
- Participants may also contribute amounts representing distributions from other qualified defined benefit or contribution plans.
- The Company will make a matching contribution of 100% of the first 4% of salary deferral.
- The Company may also make non-elective contributions.
