1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees may elect to defer a percentage of their annual compensation, treated as a pre-tax employee contribution. The automatic enrollment begins with a 6% pre-tax deferral election.

2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The Company has a discretionary match not to exceed 6% of compensation. During 2022, the Company matched 30% of the first 6% of compensation contributed to the Plan. Participants are eligible for the discretionary match after completing one year of service.

3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are immediately 100% vested in the salary reduction amount contributed to the Plan and the Company’s matching contribution. Vesting in the Company’s discretionary profit-sharing contribution is based on years of continuous service, with full vesting after six years of service.

4. Roth 401(k) Contribution: The plan allows Roth (after-tax) contributions.
