- Participants may contribute up to the maximum dollar amount allowable as established by the Internal Revenue Service, as defined in the Plan.
- Participants may also contribute amounts representing distributions from other qualified benefit or contribution plans.
- The Plan allows for a discretionary matching contribution determined by the Company each year in addition to discretionary profit-sharing.
- The Company made or accrued discretionary matching contributions of $412,186 to the Plan for the year ended December 31, 2024.
- The Company did not make or accrue any discretionary profit-sharing contributions to the Plan for the year ended December 31, 2024.
