- Participants may voluntarily contribute any percentage of their base compensation, as defined by the Plan, not to exceed $23,000 in 2024 and $22,500 in 2023, subject to certain discrimination tests prescribed by the Internal Revenue Code ("IRC").
- Participants age 50 and over may elect to defer additional amounts ("catch-up") to the Plan.
- Upon meeting the eligibility requirements, employees are auto-enrolled in the Plan at the beginning of the month at 3% and with an increase of 1% annually up to a maximum of 6%, unless they decline to participate.
- The Company provides for a safe-harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of the first 1% and 50% of the next 2%-6% of the participant’s compensation applied to all participants on a uniform basis.
