ARCH RESOURCES, INC. 401(K) PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants may elect to defer between 1% and 50% of compensation. Highly compensated employees may contribute up to 16% of compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The Company is required to make matching contributions to all participants equal to 100% of the participant salary deferral contributions up to the first 6% of eligible compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are fully vested in their salary deferral, after-tax contributions, and rollover contributions. Participants vest in Company contributions and earnings upon the completion of three full years of service. All participants become fully vested upon death while employed, total disability, or normal retirement age.
4. Allows Roth 401(k) contributions: Yes.
