- Participants may contribute up to 100% of annual eligible compensation, as defined in the Plan and designate those contributions as either pre-tax or Roth.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- The Employer has elected a safe harbor matching contribution on behalf of each eligible participant equal to 100% of the first 3% of compensation and 50% of the next 2% of compensation.
