Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The Company matches 30% of participant contributions up to 4% of compensation and may make additional discretionary contributions for employees who have completed at least 1,000 hours of service during the Plan year and are actively employed on the last day of the Plan year.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Vesting in the Company’s contributions is on a 5 year graded schedule. Employees become eligible to participate in the plan on the first day of the month after thirty days of service.
