- Each year, participants may contribute a portion of their pre-tax compensation, as defined by the plan, subject to certain Internal Revenue Code limitations.
- Participants may also contribute amounts representing distributions from other qualified defined benefit or contribution plans.
- During the year ended December 31, 2024, the Plan contributed 100% of participant deferrals up to 3% of compensation deferred by participant and 50% of the next 2% of compensation deferred by participants.
- The employer’s matching contribution will not exceed 4% of the employee’s compensation.
- Participants are immediately vested in their contributions plus actual earnings thereon.
- Vesting in the Company’s matching and discretionary contribution portion of their accounts plus actual earnings thereon is based on years of continuous service.
- A participant is 20% vested after two years of service and an additional 20% each year thereafter; participants are fully vested after six years of service.
- A participant automatically becomes 100% vested upon attaining age 65.
