- Participants may elect to contribute up to 100% of their compensation, within statutory limits, to the Plan.
- Matching contributions are based on years of service and are equal to a percentage of the salary reduction amount contributed by a participant that does not exceed a percentage of the staff contribution received during the Plan year.
