XANTERRA PARKS & RESORTS, INC. EMPLOYEE SAVINGS PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute between 2% and 50% of their eligible compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer contributes 100% of the first 3% of a participant’s eligible compensation, and matches 50% of the next 2% contributed. Additionally, there is a "true-up" contribution calculated after the end of the year, with a maximum allowable of 4% of participants’ eligible compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are 100% vested in their own contributions and the Company’s matching contributions. For certain other portions of participant accounts, a participant is 100% vested after five years of continuous service. Eligibility for employer matching contributions requires the employee to complete one year of service and be at least 21 years old.
