1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute up to 80% of eligible compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches contributions equal to 100% of elective salary deferral contributions up to 3%. To participate in discretionary matching, an employee must be employed on the last day of the plan year and have completed at least 1,000 hours of service.
