1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute a percentage of their annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches 100% of the participants’ salary deferrals that do not exceed 3% of participant compensation plus 50% of participants’ salary deferrals between 3% and 5% of participant compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are immediately vested in their contributions and actual earnings. For employer contributions before January 1, 2015, participants vest 20% for each year of credited service and are 100% vested after 5 years. For contributions after January 1, 2015, participants are immediately vested.
