2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: No employer contributions to the Plan are permitted.

3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: All participants are immediately 100 percent vested in their prior employee salary and rollover contributions plus actual earnings thereon. For certain participants, vesting is based on years of service, with 25 percent vesting after two years, an additional 25 percent after three years, and full vesting after five years.
