1. Employee Contribution Rates: Up to 100% of pre-tax annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer may make a discretionary profit-sharing contribution at the end of each Plan year to eligible participants who were employed by the Company on the last day of the Plan year.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are vested immediately in their own contributions plus actual earnings, and in the discretionary profit-sharing contribution portion of their accounts plus actual earnings. Eligibility requires the participant to be employed by the Company on the last day of the Plan year.
