THE ANCHIN, BLOCK & ANCHIN SAVINGS PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants may elect to contribute a percentage of their eligible pre-tax compensation up to the amount allowable under current income tax regulations. The auto-enrollment deferral rate is set at 6% of eligible compensation, increasing by 1% annually, capped at a maximum rate of 10%.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The Company matches 6.25% of the first 4% of each eligible participant’s contribution. If a participant contributes less than 4% of their compensation to the Plan, the Company matches 6.25% of their contribution.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are immediately vested in their salary deferral and rollover contributions and related earnings. They vest ratably and are fully vested in employer’s discretionary matching contributions after six years of credited service. Participants become fully vested in these contributions upon death or total and permanent disability.
4. Roth 401(k) Contribution: The Plan includes a Roth 401(k) deferral option.
