TENNECO EMPLOYEE INVESTMENT PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Up to 75 percent of pretax annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: 25% of participant contribution; maximum of 8% of participant compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: 0% vested for less than 2 years; 25% for less than 3 years; 50% for less than 4 years; 75% for less than 5 years; 100% for 5 or more years. Eligibility to participate is 90 days for all locations (some with different conditions for employer match eligibility).
4. Allows Roth 401(k) contribution.
