RELX INC. US SALARY INVESTMENT PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants may contribute up to 75% of their annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: Employees with less than three years of Matching Contribution Service receive a 5% Employer match contribution; employees with more than three years receive matching contributions based on a formula that provides 100% of the first 6% contributed and 200% of the next 1% contributed.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Employer contributions are 100% vested at all times for employees who became participants prior to 1998; employees hired prior to January 1, 2004 are 100% vested after one year of credited service; employees hired on or after January 1, 2004 are 100% vested after three years of service.
4. Allows Roth 401(k) contribution: Yes.
