NATIONAL UNIVERSITY RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants may contribute up to 100 percent of pre-tax annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches contributions based on a uniform percentage of each participant’s eligible wages, as follows:
3. - 1% participant deferral = 2% employer match
4. - 2% participant deferral = 3% employer match
5. - 3% participant deferral = 4% employer match
6. - 4% participant deferral = 5% employer match
7. - 5% participant deferral = 6% employer match
8. - 6% or more participant deferral = 7% employer match
9. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are immediately vested in their contributions, rollover contributions, and employer matching contributions. Employees who have reached age 18 and completed one year of service in which they have worked 1,000 hours are eligible to receive matching contributions.
