1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants may make pretax contributions to the Plan subject to certain IRS limitations.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The Company will make a matching contribution of 100% of the amount contributed by a participant, up to a maximum of 6% of the participant’s compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are immediately vested in their elective deferral and after-tax contributions. Vesting in the Company’s matching and discretionary non-elective contribution portion is based on years of service, with 100% vesting after one year of service.
