1. Employee Contribution Rates: Participants may contribute annual compensation up to the federal maximum, as defined by the Plan.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The Company may elect to make discretionary matching contributions based on eligible compensation contributed to the Plan each year. Employees are eligible for these contributions when they meet the age requirement and complete six months of service.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are immediately vested in their contributions. For the Company's matching contributions, the vesting scale is based on years of service, starting at 0% vesting for less than 1 year of service and reaching 100% vesting after 4 years. Profit-sharing contributions vest at 0% for less than 1 year, 25% after 1 year, and up to 100% after 6 years of service.
4. Roth 401(k) Contribution: Yes, the Plan allows Roth elective deferral contributions.
