ENVISTA HOLDINGS CORPORATION SAVINGS PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Eligible participants may contribute up to 75% of their eligible compensation (subject to annual maximums).
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: Non-union participants receive 100% match on the first 3% of eligible compensation contributed by the participant plus 50% on the next 2%. After completing one year of continuous service, additional discretionary contributions may equal up to 2% of eligible pay.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Non-union participants are immediately 100% vested in all safe harbor contributions. For discretionary contributions, participants generally become fully vested on completing three years of service, retirement at or after age 65, complete disability, or death. Union participants are fully vested after completing three years of service or as required by the collective bargaining agreement.
4. Roth 401(k) contribution: Allowed.
