1. Employee Contribution Rates: Eligible participants may contribute pretax or after-tax compensation, not to exceed $19,500, with an additional $6,500 for those 50 years of age or more at the end of the plan year.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: Some companies in the Plan have elected to match 25% of the first $1,000 of salary deferrals and 10% of each participant’s salary deferrals in excess of $1,000. The safe harbor contributions have 2 tiers: the first tier matching contribution is equal to 100% of elective contributions to the extent that they do not exceed 3% of compensation; the second tier is 50% of elective contributions to the extent that they exceed 3% but do not exceed 5% of compensation.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are immediately vested in their salary deferrals and voluntary contributions, plus actual earnings thereon. Matching contributions from the Companies and earnings thereon are vested immediately at 100%. Vesting on profit-sharing contributions is based on years of continuous service and increases in increments of 20% per year starting in year two until fully vested after six years of credited service. Eligibility requires employees to be at least 18 years of age and have completed one year or 1,000 hours of service.
