1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute up to 75% of their plan compensation on a pre-tax or after-tax Roth basis.

2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches 50% of each participant’s deferral contributions up to 6% of the participant’s compensation, for a maximum match of 3% of compensation for the plan year.

3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Participants are fully vested in their contributions. Participants become 100% vested in the employer’s contributions upon death, early retirement, total and permanent disability, or attainment of normal retirement age. The vesting schedule for the employer's contributions is: 25% after 1 year, 50% after 2 years, 75% after 3 years, and 100% after 4 years.

4. Roth 401(k) Contribution: The plan allows Roth 401(k) contributions.
