ASPIRIANT 401(K) AND PROFIT SHARING PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees may contribute a portion of their salary up to the limits imposed by Section 402(g) of the IRC.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches 100% on the first $2,500 deferred by the participant and 50% on the next $5,000 deferred, capped at $5,000.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: Discretionary matching contributions and profit-sharing contributions vest according to the following schedule:
4. - Less than 2 years: 0%
5. - 2 years: 20%
6. - 3 years: 40%
7. - 4 years: 60%
8. - 5 years: 80%
9. - 6 years or more: 100%
10. Participants are fully vested upon retirement, death, disability, or Plan termination.
11. Roth 401(k) Contribution: Participants may elect to make Roth 401(k) contributions.
