ALTEON HEALTH LLC 401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN Contribution & Match Policy
1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute up to 75% of their pre-tax annual compensation.
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches 50% of the first 8% of eligible pay contributed for employees hired on or after December 1, 2018, who have completed one year of credited service. The years of service requirement is waived for those hired before December 1, 2018.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: All participants are vested immediately and fully in their contributions and matching contributions. Participants hired before January 1, 2019, are fully vested in their employer profit sharing contributions; those hired on or after January 1, 2019, become fully vested after six years of credited service.
4. Roth 401(k) Contribution: Yes, the plan allows Roth 401(k) contributions.
