I think that you have to be out of CA for a minimum of 540 days before declaring yourself as a non resident. In that 540 days, you will owe CA taxes. Also, don’t own any house or car in the state helps.
Careful with new funds and bid/ask spreads and liquidity! There is some risk that it it doesn't take off, Amundi will just close it/merge it and you might be subject to some realized gains (losses) outside your control. The bid-asks on low liquidity UCITS can be astronomical. There's not always a market maker around...
