MPIQ Core ETFs Tactical Asset Allocation Moderate (P_75522)

To be able to put some real money behind this strategy, I have been trying to find the momentum scoring methodology for the assets ( VEA, VTI, VNQ, VWO) you use.  I would like to understand the consistency in the scoring. What is the method and how can I get confidence that your recommendations are adhering to the method even in downturn, how often you have changed the scoring method and are the past results real or backtested?

Can you help to build my confidence behind this strategy.

Thanks So much
Sandeep from Singapore.
