Reg the Asset Class Trends as of 4/2/2021

Hi - I noticed that the 1 week return for Real Estate is shown as 3.00%. From Morningstar site, I see that the 1 week return for VNQ is only 0.72%. Could you please explain how the 3.00% return is computed?

Thanks
