Ever heard of "the pinchot retirement plan"?

something about certain types of U. S. stocks that have special tax and dividend attributes. Plum Creek Timber Company is one.

  • I have never heard bout that but 529plan and 401K plan. I want to know whether I can find all of portfolios in the 529 or 401k plans in your website and why it is hard for me to find some funds, such as First American Prime Obligation Fund, in your website? I have seen it in a 401K plan, but can't find it in your website.

  • In order to keep myself far away from another financial tsunami, I invest my pension in the annuity instead of stock market and funds. I want to make sure that I will never suffer from great financial loss when I met with another financial tsunami.

  • The Retirement Plan was done in 1923 by Gifford Pinchot for the state of Pennsylvania employees, and has grown to about $25 billion in assets. Here's the short of it Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement System Company Profile Employees of the Keystone State can rest assured the Pennsylvania State Employees Retirement System (SERS) is keeping a keen eye on their currency. SERS administers the statewide retirement and pension benefits fund for Pennsylvania's public employees. Serving more than 200,000 members, SERS is funded by a combination of employee contributions, employer contributions, and investment earnings. On top of managing retirement accounts, it provides retirees with health insurance. Established in 1923 by Governor Gifford Pinchot, the system has grown to manage more than $25 billion in assets.

  • It is so unwise for you to invest all your money in the annnuity. Altough it can keep you safer when in a financial tsunami, you get a low return rate at the same time. And you shouldn't ignore the inflation, it may low down your poor interest from annuity bit by bit. If your interest rate is not high enough, with high inflation rate, you may gain a negative return rate from your annuity
