John Zhong
CEO/Founder
John has over 20 years experience in the IC design industry. Before creating MyPlanIQ, he was a co-founder and CTO of InnoLogic Systems, Inc., an Electronic Design Automation company which was acquired by Synopsys in 2003. Before Innologic and Synopsys, he held senior engineering and management positions at MIPS technologies and Silicon Graphics Inc.(SGI). John holds 3 US patents in IC verification and has a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering.
Simon Napper
President/Founder
Simon has a management and marketing background in the semiconductor design market. He has held various executive and marketing positions including CEO of Synfora and Innologic Systems, Inc. and Vice Presidents of marketing in EPIC design and LSI Logic. He has more than 20 years experience in leading startups and large companies to develop and market their products successfully.
Regina Karson
Vice President, Business Development
Regina has over 20 years experience in business development, sales and technical marketing. Her previous positions include sales and marketing roles in Hewlett Packard (HP), Mips Technologies, LSI Logic.
Xiaola Lin
Head of R&D
Dr. Lin has been a professor in computer science at several major universities including Sun-Yat Sun University in China and University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong. Before that, he spent several years in Silicon Valley developing computer software. Dr. Lin has extensive research and development experience in large scale distributed server systems and applications. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science.
